Big enough to be fun. Small enough to provide quality. Small Group Training is a great way to get 3-5 people together for more energy with an experienced trainer in a more affordable way than one-on-one training.

A minimum twice per week frequency is required for regular training clients (e.g. non-members).

Rate is $42-$45 per person per session.
