Daniela F. - June 2018
Daniela is an Agency Performance Review Analyst at the Legislative Budget Board who's recently tacked on extra work as a Budget Analyst for 10 licensing and regulations agencies...AND she moonlights as a weekend barista at Hank's, if you're ever in the area!
She and I met in a stroke of fate thanks to furniture shopping on Craiglist.
That was April 2016. Daniela today is not the Daniela I met two+ years ago. In fact, she's become one of the most admirable and inspiring women I know. She's down 50+ lbs, over 10% body fat and over 20 inches, most of which has occurred since August 2017.
Daniela today loves working with the barbell (Squats and deadlifts are a couple of her favorite lifts) and challenging her body to find out just how far she can go!
To say that I'm proud of her is an understatement.
Check out her progress photos following her fun facts.
“You are being presented with a choice: evolve or remain. If you choose to remain unchanged, you will be presented with the same challenges, the same routine, the same storms, the same situations, until you learn from them, until you love yourself enough to say “no more”, until you choose change. If you choose to evolve, you will connect with the strength within you, you will explores what lies outside the comfort zone, you will awaken to love, you will become, you will be. You have everything you need. Choose to evolve. Choose love.” —Creig Crippen
